$2 Billion Financing Mobilized to Support Digital Transformation and Energy Efficiency

Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Communications Ch. Nomin: “The Government is mobilizing US$2 billion in financing to support energy efficiency, renewable energy, and digital transformation. A multi-layered connectivity architecture based on terrestrial fiber-optic networks, satellite systems, and backup routes will establish continuous, reliable, and secure digital infrastructure.

This will enable Mongolia to develop a new data center ecosystem that ensures data protection, privacy, and legal sovereignty.”
