Ерөнхий сайдын дэргэдэх эдийн засгийн хөгжлийн зөвлөлийн ээлжит хурал боллоо.

Энэ удаагийн хурлаар Үндэсний баялгийн сангийн өнөөгийн байдлын талаарх дэлгэрэнгүй мэдээлэл, стратегийн болон үүсмэл ордуудад үйл ажиллагаа явуулж буй хуулийн этгээдэд төрийн эзэмшлийн хувь, хэмжээг тогтоох хэлэлцээний үр дүнгийн талаар холбогдох албан тушаалтнууд танилцууллаа.

-Стратегийн болон үүсмэл ордуудад төрийн хувь, хэмжээг тогтоох хэлэлцээний гол зорилго бол хувь эзэмших үү, татвараар орлуулах уу гэдэг маргаан биш. Харин аль хувилбараар ард түмэнд илүү тогтвортой, урт хугацааны өгөөж очих вэ гэдгийг бодитоор шийдэхэд, жишиг тогтооход оршиж байна. Төсвийн хөрөнгөөр хайгуул хийж, нөөц, илэрцийг нь тогтоосон ордуудын үр өгөөжийг төр авч, ард түмэнд хүртээх нь зүй ёсны асуудал” гэж Ерөнхий сайд Г.Занданшатар онцоллоо.

-Эдийн засгийн хөгжлийн зөвлөлийн гишүүд Үндэсний баялгийн сангийн хуримтлал, зарцуулалтын уялдаа, стратегийн ордууд төр, хувийн хэвшлийн түншлэлийн оновчтой загвар, бизнесийн орчинд ойлгомжтой, урьдчилан таамаглах боломжтой эрх зүйн орчныг бүрдүүлэх талаар байр сууриа илэрхийлж, саналаа нээлттэй солилцлоо.

Regular Meeting of the Economic Development Council Held

The regular meeting of the Economic Development Council under the Prime Minister was convened.

During this session, relevant officials presented detailed information on the current status of the National Wealth Fund, as well as the outcomes of negotiations regarding the determination of the State’s ownership share in legal entities operating strategic and derivative mineral deposits.

Prime Minister G. Zandanshatar emphasized:

“The primary objective of negotiations to determine the State’s ownership share in strategic and derivative deposits is not merely to debate whether the State should hold equity or receive equivalent benefits through taxation. Rather, the goal is to establish a practical and sustainable model that delivers the greatest long-term benefits to the Mongolian people. It is only natural that the State should receive a share of the benefits from deposits whose exploration, reserves, and resource estimates were identified through publicly funded exploration activities and ensure that these benefits are distributed to the people.”

Representatives of the private sector and professional associations, meanwhile, proposed strengthening the governance of the National Wealth Fund and improving the transparency and effectiveness of the use of accumulated revenues. In particular, they recommended directing investments toward economic expansion, strategic infrastructure projects, energy, and logistics development, while ensuring meaningful participation by domestic companies.

Members of the Economic Development Council exchanged views and recommendations on the relationship between the Fund’s accumulation and expenditure mechanisms, optimal public-private partnership models for strategic deposits, and the creation of a transparent, predictable, and business-friendly legal environment.
