Энэхүү судалгааны зорилго нь Монгол Улсын цахим шилжилтийн өнөөгийн түвшин, хүчин зүйлс, олон улсын индекс дэх байр суурийг задлан шинжилж, тулгамдаж буй асуудал, боломжийг тодорхойлох замаар бодлогын оновчтой шийдлийн санал боловсруулахад оршино. Судалгаанд тоон болон чанарын аргыг хослуулан ашиглаж, олон улсын харьцуулсан мэдээлэл, статистик үзүүлэлт, бодлогын баримт бичигт дүн шинжилгээ хийх замаар дүгнэлт гаргана. Ийнхүү цахим шилжилтийн бодит нөхцөл байдал, сорилт, хөгжлийн чиг хандлагыг онол, практикийн түвшинд авч үзэх нь Монгол Улсын тогтвортой хөгжил, эдийн засгийн бүтээмж, нийгмийн оролцоог нэмэгдүүлэх бодлогын үндэслэлийг бэхжүүлэхэд ач холбогдолтой юм.

The objective of this study is to analyze the current level of digital transformation in Mongolia, the factors influencing its progress, and the country’s position in international digital development indices. By identifying key challenges and opportunities, the study aims to formulate evidence-based policy recommendations and practical solutions.
The research employs a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, drawing on comparative international data, statistical indicators, and policy documents to develop its findings and conclusions.
Examining the current state of digital transformation, its challenges, and emerging development trends from both theoretical and practical perspectives is essential for strengthening the policy foundation needed to support Mongolia’s sustainable development, enhance economic productivity, and increase social participation.
