The researchers of the Center for Economic Development are pleased to present the third issue of the journal Studies to Accelerate Development. We are delighted to share with policymakers, decision-makers, and the general public the third edition of our Foundational Research for Accelerating Development publication series.

This issue features research conducted by the Center for Economic Development on a range of timely and important topics, including: policy environments that promote economic freedom; the transition toward green development; the impact of artificial intelligence; changes in the structure of human resources; approaches to increasing public transparency of state-owned enterprises; international experiences in attracting investment through the introduction of auction mechanisms in the energy sector; and methodologies for evaluating the performance of government institutions in investment promotion activities.
